			In Just a few short months, Earn a lifetime of opportunities…… Amphi offers its community a state of the art jump on success! Our GED computer based program is designed for adult learners who wish to utilize adaptive assessment, tutorial lessons and continuous monitoring of individual progress. This program assures that each student is learning level appropriate, content and progressing to mastery of state and national standards. After initial assessments, a custom “program path” enables students to determine strengths and identify areas for improvement. By focusing on each individual student and maximizing their learning progress, the effectiveness of the programs speaks for itself as the General Equivalency Diploma can be awarded in as little as 5 months. In addition to the GED program, select elementary level students can benefit from remedial tutoring, AIMS testing and general skills for meaningful and sustained growth in student achievement. The best part is that all of this is provided by The Salvation Army Tucson Amphi Corps to the public at no cost.

The GED Program was implemented by The Tucson Amphi Corps to provide persons who have not graduated from high school the opportunity to earn the High School Equivalency Certificate. The Salvation Army Tucson Amphi Corps in cooperation with Pima Community College gives students the ability to prepare for the General Education Development (GED) test. Examinees who achieve the minimum standards established by the Arizona State Board of Education will receive the High School Equivalency Certificate.
Once a person has successfully completed his preparation classes and passed the practice tests, he can then take the final GED test. Once they pass the final General Education Degree test they receive their degree and earn the same recognition as a high school graduate. Enroll today!
